Small Group Sound Baths
I am so excited to be ready to launch my new small group sound baths. This is something I have been dreaming into and planning for some time, because I wanted to find the perfect venue and create something really special, to honour the power of therapeutic sound AND weave in the magic of music.
These intimate small group sound baths offer precious time for yourself to switch off from everyday life, connect to your inner world, release stress and nourish and support your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
They will take place at a beautiful country house just outside of Totnes, where there is a dedicated space for the sound, plus onsite parking and luxury toilet facilities. Spaces are strictly limited to eight per session, to make sure everyone can experience the magic of group connection with personal space so you feel comfortable and relaxed - nothing worse than being squashed in, shoulder to shoulder!
From the moment you arrive, you'll be warmly welcomed, and offered herbal tea and homemade raw chocolate as you settle. The room will be softly lit with candles and fairy lights, fragranced with grounding essential oils and will feel like an oasis of calm. It will be energetically cleansed and ready to hold you during your sound journey.
Once the session begins, you'll be taken through a relaxing wind down, with breathwork and visualisation, followed by a soundscape that includes a selection of gongs, drums, flutes, crystal bowls, chimes and more.
At the end of the session, you'll be gently brought back from your journey, and offered time to sip more tea, and slowly come back to yourself before you move on with your day.
You'll also take a personal aroma roll on away with you to prolong the benefits of the session.

Emma reconnected me to relaxation. What happened in the session went way beyond simple techniques. It was an experience to feel ones body respond in such a way. It’s difficult to put into words. Emma certainly has a gift for this work.
