How are you feeling?
Do you need time to yourself, to stop, to breathe, to experience deep rest and reconnection?
Whatever brought you here – welcome.
Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, hormonal shifts, or simply the relentless pace of everyday life, therapeutic sound can be a surprisingly powerful way back to yourself.
Using the healing power of sound and music, I create deeply immersive therapeutic sound journeys designed to help you exhale, soften, release what's been held, and restore a sense of harmony and balance across body, mind, and spirit — so you can leave feeling nourished, restored, and more fully you.
Immersive Sound Journeys
Come and visit me for a transformative immersive sound journey. These journeys are tailored to your specific needs; I'll begin the session with a guided relaxation, including essential oils, before using healing frequencies from a range of instruments, immersing you in a blissful sonic journey to gently stir your senses and help you travel deep within to bring peace, relaxation and restoration.
These sessions are available for one or two people - find out more about sound journeys.
Luminous sums up the journey Emma gently led me on through my sound session. Invited to wrap the sky around me like a celestial blanket in the opening meditation, I melted into the universe as I was carried along in a wave of physical and spiritual release, connection and deep relaxation. The combination of personalised aromatherapy, supportive energy points and transcendent sound created the most wondrous experience.

Hello. I'm Emma
Music has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember.
My journey with music began at infant school, when I picked up a flute – even now I distinctly remember the feeling when I began playing, it just felt very natural - as if it was a language I already knew. I went on a long and winding journey from the prestigious setting of music college to the practice of sound therapy, and it is the beautiful intersection between these two worlds that I have chosen to specialise in and want to share with as many people as possible.
What is Therapeutic Sound?
"Do you know that our soul is composed of harmony?"
Leonardo Da Vinci

Everything in the Universe, including you, is vibration.
Sound has been used by many cultures across the world as a method of healing for thousands of years, and it has the ability to heal, transform and connect you into a profound and ancient energy much greater than yourself.
Everything in the Universe is made up of vibrational energy, including you! You can think of your body a bit like an out of tune orchestra that can be brought back 'in tune', or back into health and balance, using different sounds, vibrations and frequencies. In this way, sound therapy connects science and spirituality.
The healing sounds or vibrations during a sound therapy session or sound bath are made using a variety of tools and instruments, such as drums, gongs, tuning forks, crystal bowls or flutes, or by using the voice - one of the most powerful and healing instruments we have available to us. Used with loving, healing intention and consciousness, sound has the potential to bring deep relaxation, mind, body and soul.
It provides an immersive experience that can slow brainwaves and fast track you into a peaceful meditative state, helping to retune your system to optimise healing and transformation, releasing stress and unblocking stuck patterns that are preventing healing from taking place. Find out more about how sound therapy works.
Sound can take you on a journey deep within yourself, opening up creativity and intuition and connecting you with who you really are.
I’ve been seeing Emma for sound therapy for a while now and I'm absolutely loving it. Emma is wonderful, she makes you instantly feel relaxed and explains everything so you can just lie back, listen and feel. The sound journey was incredible… vibrating through me at times, tingling, with the feeling of deep relaxation. Really restorative. Thank you x.
